Lisa recalls the arrival of intense paranoia and hearing objects such as radiators and washing machines communicating with her. She describes these as ‘audible hallucinations’. The torment and confusion that Lisa experienced with the onset of her illness caused her life to quickly spiral out of control. Realizing that she was desperately in need of help, she reaches out to her parents and the process of diagnosis begin.
